- Identify and source new game licensing and partnership opportunities within North America and Europe for JetSynthesys
- Build senior-level relationships with game developers, publishers, marketing partners and platforms in the gaming space.
- Negotiate and close business agreements while working cross-functionally and internationally with internal management, finance, legal, product and development teams.
- Build a strong team focusing on Western market and report to the Global Head of Business Development
- Constantly follow industry dynamics and come up with a strategy proposal with execution plan to internal management team
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSET
- Must have a strong passion for gaming!
- Energetic self-starter, goal oriented with a solid business mindset
- Willing to work under international settings (includes working with the offshore team in India)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- 7+ years of gaming industry experience either with at least 2+ years of sales role and 3+ years of product experience
